            Thank you for your August 15, 2005 response to my inquiries regarding the current issues pertaining to lack of treatment for Lyme disease patients who reside in the State of Arizona.

            Please be so kind as to provide me with copies of all testing reports in the possession of the Arizona Department of Health Services related to the following:

-Test results for Borrelia burgdorferi in animal vectors and ticks throughout the

  State of Arizona.

-Test results for Erlichia in animal vectors and ticks throughout the State of Arizona.
