Patients in Arizona and across the United States are suffering with debilitating tick-borne infections.  Many patients are paying for treatment themselves, if they can afford it.  Other patients just can't get any treatment at all!  The out-of-pocket expenses for IV antibiotics are astronomical.  WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!  We can help patients by offering financial assistance to them for their treatment and necessities of life.  But Lyme Education Awareness Program needs your help!

We will then deposit your donation for you in the
L.E.A.P. Arizona Patient Donation Account.
The funds will be used to pay for living expenses
and medical bills incurred by patients.

 This is a general fund set up to assist patients with treatment costs and necessities of life.  Patients need to complete an Application for Financial Assistance and be approved.  In order to provide any assistance to patients, we need to receive enough donations to have adequate funds in this account.  PLEASE HELP!!
