Faith’s Lyme Tips
♥ When you go on a nature walk, wear long sleeves and wear your socks over your pants.
♥ When you get mad at times, put your head in your pillow and yell all your stress out. You can also squeeze a stress ball, too!
♥ If you do not get enough sleep at night, then it’s always good to try to take a nap during the day. We Lymies need lots of rest!
♥ I think it’s a good idea when you have Lyme to eat some healthy foods every day. Yogurt helps a lot, too!
♥ When you go to the park in the summer or are playing outside, remember to take cold water with you. It can get pretty hot out there, and we need to keep liquids in us!
