REJUVENATION
Banana - 1 ripe Blend all ingredients on high for 30 seconds, then on maximum speed for 30 seconds, then on high again for a few more seconds. If your blender is not that powerful, you may need to blend a little longer. Tip: Look for a local bee farm for the honey or substitute a few dates, dried figs or anything naturally sweetened and full of minerals

Pineapple - 1 Peel the majority of the
skin. Remove top.
Coconut Milk - 6 oz.
White Rum - 2 oz.
*JUICE THE PINEAPPLE FIRST AND THEN STIR IN THE
