IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA

Lyme Education Awareness Program, L.E.A.P. Arizona, on behalf of adults and
children who reside in Arizona who are afflicted with Lyme disease and other
tick-borne infections, expresses appreciation to Governor Napolitano for issuing
this latest 2008 Proclamation. We are especially grateful to Governor Napolitano,
because we now have a forum to provide important information that can increase
awareness of the numerous problems facing diagnosis and treatment for tick-borne
infections.
