My name is Pat Jackson and I suffer from chronic Lyme disease. By the grace of God, I met my good friend Tina Garcia and L.E.A.P.  My husband is terminally ill and between his medical bills and mine, we were financially destroyed. Were it not for the help afforded us by Tina, L.E.A.P. and so many generous others, there would have been months where we would have been unable to put food on the table and pay our bills. 

Lyme is a devastating disease, destroying every aspect of a person's life.  The physical, mental, emotional and financial suffering that goes hand-in-hand with this disease is overwhelming. As one who has been helped tremendously by L.E.A.P. donations, I ask all of you to PLEASE donate what you can to L.E.A.P. for this organization truly does help those of us devastated by this disease.
