Lyme disease advocates have learned the importance of printing hard copies of government documents and statements.  It's a good thing I printed this US AFPMB Technical Memorandum No. 26, because it used to be available on the Internet.  Interestingly, it was removed shortly after I referred to it in a four-part series of articles published in the Public Health Alert newspaper from April through July 2008.
